Monarch Equity Partners is a veteran-owned business founded by Sabrina and Derrick Morgan. We align the right people, properties and purpose to create meaningful places.

What We Do
We acquire and manage single-family and small multifamily properties that can be converted into community-based housing. Through strategic acquisitions and responsible management, we create affordable shared homes and small licensed care residences. Our nonmedical unliscesed group home focuses on adults facing homlessness, re-entry or low-income challenges.
Our work included partnering with agencies, nonprofits, and referral networks to expand housing options and ensure quality standards. Every project incorporates inclusive design, sustainablity and community-building practices- such as stengthening local econonmies and using environmentally responsble methods- so that our properties serve peiople, not just balance sheets.
